"The environment is where we all meet; where we all have a mutual interest;
it is the one thing that all of us share. It is not only a mirror of ourselves, but
a focusing lens on what we can become...

- Lady Bird Johnson

My name is Emily and I am the natural resource education coordinator for Otsego Conservation District. During my 2nd year of service at OCD, I'll be coordinating volunteers; promoting and implementing outreach, habitat enhancement, and food plot programs; and developing the native plant program.

I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in wildlife biology minoring in fish biology. I enjoy camping, hunting and fishing, canoeing, traveling, horseback riding, photography, and gardening. This year, I hope to establish a district-wide recycling event and make as many classroom visits as possible.
