My name is Katie, and I'm the Advocate Mentor at Freshwater Future (formerly known as the Great Lakes Aquatic Habitat Network & Fund). At Freshwater Future, I will be working on implementation of their membership program, database management, and developing an Advocate Mentor program to connect experienced grassroots advocates with those new to environmental advocacy.
I am a graduate of Marquette University (Degree: B.A. in Political Science) and Marquette University Law School (Degree: J.D.) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. I graduated from Petoskey High School.
I enjoy playing tennis and sailing. I also love to watch Marquette and San Antonio Spurs basketball games.
I hope to create a mentoring program that will continue to thrive long after my year of service is over.
